We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.\nAbout the Role\nThe Content Designer / Digital Content Creator is the creative design engine of our automotive client's Internal Communications team.\nThe role transforms communication topics into engaging visual stories and develops compelling content experiences across intranet, employee app and digital communication channels.\nCombining design expertise, motion graphics, video editing, excellence in visual craft and creative thinking, this position helps bring our automotive client’s internal communication strategy to life through impactful and visually distinctive content.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Concept Development\nDevelop visual communication concepts and content ideas \nTranslate editorial topics into engaging visual narratives \nCreate new content formats and communication approaches \nContribute innovative ideas and creative inspiration \nEvolve existing communication series and recurring formats \nDesign & Content Creation\nCreate graphics, presentations, infographics and digital assets \nDesign content for intranet and employee app \nDevelop channel-specific creative executions \nEnsure consistent application of our client's brand guidelines \nMotion Design & Video Editing\nEdit and adapt photo and video content \nCreate cut-downs, motion graphics and animated assets \nAdd subtitles, headlines and graphic elements \nOptimize content for different platforms and formats \nCreative Innovation & AI\nUtilize AI tools for ideation and content development \nExplore new visual storytelling techniques \nEvaluate and refine AI-generated content \nIntegrate emerging technologies into creative workflows \nCollaboration & Presentation\nWork closely with account and production teams \nParticipate in client meetings and workshops \nPresent creative concepts and solutions confidently \nAdvise stakeholders on visual communication best practices \nQualifications\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a creative agency, digital agency or content production environment \nStrong design and visual storytelling skills \nAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite \nExperience in video editing and motion design \nStrong understanding of digital content formats and platform requirements \nInterest in AI-supported content creation \nFluent German and English (client and project language is always German) \nSuccess Profile\nCreative excellence \nStrong visual thinker \nFast and adaptable \nCurious and innovative \nSolution-oriented \nCollaborative team player \nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
