This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of integrated communications and marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment. They will work closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, Social, Earned Media, Influencer, and Production teams to drive seamless execution and maintain operational excellence across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery\nLead day-to-day project management across multiple brands and integrated campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery.\nDevelop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, milestones, and deliverable trackers.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.\nProactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating issues and recommending solutions as needed.\nFacilitate internal status meetings, project kickoffs, and cross-functional check-ins to keep teams aligned and accountable.\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, scope, and quality expectations.\nScope & Financial Management\nPartner with Account and discipline leads to develop project scopes of work, staffing plans, and estimates.\nTrack project budgets, burn rates, and resource allocations to ensure financial health.\nMonitor scope changes and proactively flag out-of-scope requests, supporting the development of incremental estimates and change orders.\nDevelop a strong understanding of our client's procurement systems and processes, managing scope submissions, change orders, and purchase orders (POs) in partnership with Account teams, PM leadership, and Finance.\nSupport monthly financial forecasting, budget reconciliation, and project reporting.\nMaintain accurate project financials and documentation in agency systems.\nResource Management & Operations\nPartner with Resource Management and department leads to identify staffing needs and secure appropriate resources.\nMonitor team capacity, utilization, and competing priorities across multiple projects.\nSupport the development and maintenance of efficient workflows, processes, and project management tools.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline ways of working across the business.\nTeam & Client Collaboration\nServe as a central point of coordination across internal teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.\nPartner closely with Account leadership to manage client expectations, timelines, and delivery commitments.\nParticipate in client meetings as needed to communicate project status, milestones, and next steps.\nBuild strong working relationships across disciplines and help foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment.\nBasic Qualifications:\nAt least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a PR, advertising, marketing, or integrated communications agency.\nA bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of integrated campaign development and execution, including earned media, social, influencer, creative, and production.\nExperience developing scopes of work, project estimates, timelines, and staffing plans.\nStrong financial management skills, including budget tracking, forecasting, and scope management.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.\nProficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExperience supporting large, complex client accounts or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is a plus.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nProjects are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nCross-functional teams have clear visibility into timelines, priorities, and responsibilities.\nProject risks and resourcing challenges are identified and addressed proactively.\nFinancial tracking and forecasting are accurate and up to date.\nStrong operational processes support efficient collaboration and successful campaign execution across the client portfolio.\n$72,000 - $100,000 a year\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
