IT Support Technician

Job Description

Summary of duties:

Install, configure, support & maintain computer hardware and business software
Maintain servers, office equipment & networking infrastructure
Support CCTV, access control, intercom & satellite dish systems
Provide reliable, effective technical support across all ICT areas

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in an IT support role
Strong problem-solving skills; proactive & self-driven
Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Excellent communication & customer service skills
IT qualification advantageous
