The primary role of a Tech Data Analyst is to develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that allows companies to organize and efficiently exploit their data.\nThe key stakeholders for this position are:\n Internal: End-users & key users, Data & Product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).\nExternal: HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.\n Reporting Line : you report directly to the IT Back-end & Data Product Owner and your N+2 will be the CTO Edenred BeLux.\nAs Data Analyst, you will be in charge of Collecting & organizing the data on an efficient, compliant & secured way (pricing analytics, Client / merchant segmentation, Business Review reporting :\nBusiness analysis & modelling: understanding, documenting, supporting, and analyzing procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company..\nData management: Takes responsibility for the accessibility, retrievability and security of specific subsets of data\nData visualization: develop reports & dashboards in PowerBI or other Data Visualization tools\nRequirements definition & management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors.\nDevelopment & implementation: participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members on their tasks to finish each Sprint.\nApplication support & Customer for individuals with a proven track record (3+ years) in data analysis in financial services industry or gained in a consultancy environment, or a similar relevant experience.\nA person who can bridge business needs and data solutions by translating business requirements into structured data models, specifications, and analytics use cases.\nIdeally, the candidate has experience working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE context.\nYou have proficiency in:\nData Modeling & Data Architect ure\nUnderstanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.\nAbility to design and document data flows and business data rules.\nKnowledge of data warehouses, data marts, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and integration patterns.\nUnderstanding of master data, reference data, and data lifecycle management.\nProgramming and Data Visualization Languages :\nProficiency in SQL and data analysis languages.\nStrong understanding of DAX and analytical calculations.\nMastery of Power BI and data visualization best practices.\nAbility to design meaningful KPIs and dashboards.\nCapacity to translate business requirements into efficient reporting solutions\nData Integration & Ecosystem\nUnderstanding of APIs, file exchanges, and integration mechanisms between business applications.\nAbility to analyze source-to-target mappings and data transformation rules.\nExperience working with ERP, CRM, Finance, and Data platforms.\nUnderstanding of data lineage and end-to-end data flows across systems.\nData Collection and Managemen t\nExtraction of relevant data from large volumes\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and data investigations\nExperience in data reconciliation and data quality controls\nData Analysis & Problem Solving\nAnalysis of information from
