Asegurar alineamiento continuo con casa matriz (Francia) y Spirii (Dinamarca).\nLas principales responsabilidades del rol son:\nDefinir visión, roadmap y PRDs del producto EV (Depot + Road + Home). \nDiseñar la experiencia end-to-end: onboarding, activación, carga, pagos, facturación, soporte. \nLiderar integraciones con Spirii: APIs, disponibilidad, SLAs, releases, incidentes. \nDefinir estrategia de RFID: emisión, lifecycle, autenticación, conciliación, antifraude. \nConstruir pagos EV: wallets, tarjetas, facturación, conciliación, reembolsos, chargebacks (si aplica). \nOperar métricas de producto: activación, consumo, frecuencia de carga, retención, churn, NRR. \nAsegurar operación: monitoreo, alertas, disputas, atención a clientes, playbooks. \nCoordinar releases con Ingeniería, Data, UX, Legal, Security y Comercial. \nGestionar dependencias y gobernanza con Francia: decisiones, estándares, reporting ejecutivo. \nPreparar go-to-market: packaging, pricing, propuesta de valor, casos de uso, enablement comercial. \nEl perfil necesario para el rol es:\n4-8 años como Product Manager en productos digitales B2B/B2B2C. \nExperiencia en SaaS y/o plataformas con integraciones complejas. \nConocimiento práctico de RFID (identidad, seguridad, operación, conciliación). \nExperiencia deseable en pagos / fintech (procesamiento, conciliación, riesgos). \nExperiencia deseable en electromovilidad (charging, CPO/eMSP, tarifas, roaming). \nInglés fluido (escritura y comunicación ejecutiva diaria con Francia y Dinamarca). \nCapacidad para escribir PRDs claros, priorizar agresivamente y ejecutar con ritmo. \n“Esta empresa cuenta con un proceso de reclutamiento y selección, inclusivo y libre de discriminación.
