Scientist roles, preferably within Sales or Customer Analytics\nStrong knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL, and major Machine Learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or similar)\nHands on experience with Azure Databricks (including Workflows and Job Orchestration) and familiarity with the Azure ecosystem: Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory\nPractical experience in developing predictive models with end-to-end project ownership (e.g., propensity, churn, segmentation)\nAbility to work with complex and/or incomplete datasets\nGood understanding of data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines for data preparation and transformation\nDegree in a scientific or quantitative discipline\nFluent English\nSoft Skills & Qualifications\nStrong interest in applying analytical models to real business contexts (particularly Sales and Marketing, though not exclusively)\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior management\nStrong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to interpret data strategically and with a
