This role is critical in safeguarding the organisation’s financial integrity, operational resilience, and customer trust. You will work closely with senior management to provide independent assurance and insights that drive continuous improvement. It’s an exciting opportunity to shape audit practices in a fast-evolving environment\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with SVF regulatory requirements and business priorities\n\nConduct end-to-end audits across finance, operations, IT systems, and compliance processes, including AML/CFT controls\n\nEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance structures\n\nPrepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations and track remediation progress with stakeholders\n\nLiaise with external auditors and regulators during reviews, inspections, and audits\n\nPromote a culture of strong controls, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization\n\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field\n\nProfessional certification, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CA (Chartered Accountant) is preferred\n\n6-10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance within financial services, fintech, or payments\n\nStrong understanding of SVF, e-money, or payments regulations and regulatory environments\n\nExperience auditing IT systems, data security, and operational processes is highly desirable\n\nExperience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems\n\nProficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders\n\nReporting Structure\nThe selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance & Operations and Audit Committee.\nCollaboration\nThe candidate will collaborate closely with Compliance teams responsible for regulatory and AML/CFT processes, as well as IT
