Marketing’s contribution to pipeline, conversion and business growth.\nBe accountable for Marketing’s contribution to revenue growth through qualified lead generation, pipeline creation, and close alignment with Business Line commercial objectives.\nBalance Business Line needs with the overall Marketing strategy, aligning priorities, managing expectations and ensuring resources are focused on initiatives with the highest business impact.\nDigital Marketing\nOversee and question the performance of the digital campaigns for all the targeted audiences, targeting the growth and fidelity of new clients and merchants, activating our benefits.\nDevelop and implement GEO initiatives that increase brand discoverability, share of voice, and customer acquisition through AI-powered search annual marketing plans jointly with Business Lines, with clear objectives for brand awareness, demand and qualified lead generation, customer acquisition and loyalty, supported by measurable KPI’s and business outcomes.\nExternal communication\nContent: management of the production of the content, in all the channels (off line and on line)\nEvents: elaborate candidate that includes external events market to identify tendencies, opportunities and possible areas of improvement.\nActively contribute to the Mexico leadership team\nIDEAL PROFIL E\nHard skills\n10 years of experience in marketing +3 years in a similar leadership role\nProven experience supporting B2B go-to-market activities across Business Lines within a Shared Services, Matrix, or Regional organization.\nDeep expertise in digital marketing, Recognized experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success leading performance, growth, SEO/GEO, customer acquisition, and data-driven marketing strategies.\nFluent in Spanish and English\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, administration or similar (Masters is a plus)\nExcellent knowledge of communication channels and their ecosystem\nStrong skills managing marketing tools (digital and communication)\nExperience managing agencies and externa events.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously using collaborative tools\nFamiliarity with analytical tools, with strong analytical skills\nSoft skills\nStrong business acumen and ability to influence, challenge and align stakeholders with competing priorities.\nResilience and ability to navigate ambiguity,
