Será responsable del diseño de dashboards ejecutivos en Power BI y del uso de herramientas analíticas, incluyendo modelos predictivos básicos con inteligencia artificial, para proyectar tendencias y apoyar la mejora continua en la gestión de personas.\nLas principales responsabilidades del rol son:\n1. Análisis y generación de KPIs de talento:\nTurnover general y por unidad de negocio, género y motivo de salida \nÍndice de ausentismo y razones asociadas.\nPrincipales motivos de salida de personal (agrupados por tipo, nivel, área). \nAnálisis y proyección de salidas de personal con base en históricos. \n2. Capacitación y desarrollo:\nCálculo de número total de horas de capacitación por colaborador.\n% de cobertura de capacitación por género, unidad de negocio y pilar.\nIndicadores de cumplimiento frente a objetivos anuales de formación.\n3. Visualización y automatización:\nDiseño y mantenimiento de dashboards en Power BI para monitoreo de indicadores clave. \nAutomatización de reportes y alertas para stakeholders internos. \nGeneración de reportes ejecutivos con storytelling visual y enfoque en datos accionables.\n4. Análisis avanzado y predicción:\nAplicar herramientas de analítica avanzada (modelos básicos de IA o machine learning) para predicción de salidas, riesgos de rotación, entre otros.\nUso de Excel, Power Query o lenguajes como Python (deseable) para modelado de datos. \n5. Colaboración estratégica:\nColaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Total Rewards, HRBP y Desarrollo Organizacional.\nEl perfil necesario para el rol es:\nCálculo y definición de compensaciones y remuneraciones\nExcel y Power BI avanzado\nPower point\nDeseable conocimiento Tabuladores de sueldo\nValuaciones de puesto, mediante la metodología IPE Mercer\nLic.
