teams, Data & AI asset teams, and platform engineering, the Salesforce Data360 & Agentforce Specialist acts as the technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360 and Agentforce integration within Edenred’s Data & AI ecosystem.\nThe role ensures Salesforce customer data, events, and knowledge are modelled, governed, and exposed as reusable enterprise assets, and that Agentforce agents are designed and operated as production-grade, secure, and observable systems, fully aligned with Edenred’s Data & AI platform standards.\n Responsibilities\nAct as technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360\nDesign and maintain Customer 360 / Account 360 data models aligned with enterprise canonical models\nEnsure Salesforce data is governed, consent-aware, and quality-controlled by design\nIntegrate Salesforce data and events with the Data & AI platform (ingestion, activation, reverse ETL)\nDesign and implement Agentforce agents leveraging: Salesforce context and workflows, Enterprise data and knowledge assets\nEnsure Agentforce agents follow the standard Data & AI lifecycle (design → build → run → evolve)\nEmbed security, observability, cost awareness in CRM-embedded agents\nSupport fast-track CRM agentic pilots, ensure clean promotion to industrial mode\nContribute to Agent marketplace and reusable CRM/Agentforce patterns\nParticipate in Design Authority and CRM-Data-AI alignment forums\nYOUR PROFILE\nSalesforce & CRM Expertise\nStrong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360\nSolid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud\nUnderstanding of CRM data modelling, identity resolution, and consent management\nExperience with CRM activation and reverse ETL patterns\n Data & AI Engineering Literacy\nGood understanding of data engineering fundamentals (models, pipelines, quality)\nExposure to GenAI and agentic patterns (RAG, orchestration, tool calling)\nFamiliarity with knowledge management and context injection for
