card payments, payment orchestration, APIs and reusable platform services\nEmpowered model: understand the domain, challenge assumptions, shape solutions with Product, Architecture and stakeholders\nWork on payment orchestration and transaction data capabilities that ingest, process and expose transactional data across multiple producers and consumers.\nPosition SCOPE & Key Responsibilities\nDesign and build .NET microservices and REST APIs for payment flows\nTranslate business capabilities into service boundaries, contracts and implementation plans\nModernize legacy .NET into DDD/microservices where relevant\nShip and operate reliable services: observability, performance, incident/RCA\nEnsure security by design: auth, secrets, secure APIs, compliance\nContribute to CI/CD, automated deployments and release quality\nMentor engineers and raise engineering standards\nUse AI tools responsibly to accelerate delivery (coding, testing, docs, troubleshooting) with human review\nRequired skills & profile\n8+ years software engineering experience\nExpert in C#, modern .NET (6/8+), ASP.NET Core\nStrong track record building RESTful APIs and backend SOLID, design patterns; testable design and automated testing\nRelational and NoSQL databases; data modeling and query optimization\nCI/CD and DevOps (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)\nApplication and API security fundamentals (auth, secrets, secure coding)\nAI-driven development:Hands-on use of coding assistants/LLM tools and engineering agents for requirements, coding, refactoring, test generation, documentation and troubleshooting\nHuman-in-the-loop validation (reviews, tests, quality gates) and awareness of privacy, security and licensing constraints\n\nClear communication in
