You will have experience using project management tools, templates and processes to manage the delivery program/projects in the most efficient way according to PayTech’s strategic imperatives and 3 year-plan.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead the implementation of new solutions and transformation projects (ex. integration of new international payment schemes, new products/features, large Client migrations) from requirements through to product acceptance and rollout (including technical, legal, compliance/risk and financial work-streams).\nManage several parallel work streams encompassing IT and ancillary activities.\nMonitor and control project delivery across internal teams and international teams/clients, identifying and challenging delays and obstacles.\nResponsible for planning, effort estimations, and status reporting both internally and to clients.\nDrive change to existing client programmes with a focus on minimising potential impacts to on-going existing services to mitigate risk.\nCapable of taking control of scope and avoiding scope creep, with effective management of change requests.\nProficient with identifying amendments in client objectives with capacity to negotiate between core and future phasing to efficiently adhere to agreed timeframes.\nDrive issue resolution, enable reporting, and manage escalations.\nSupport internal process and tool improvement projects.\nPromote and support services & solutions along with other team members to achieve company objectives.\nWhat you will bring:\nEssential:\nStrong Project Management experience.\nHighly organised, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment and Agile framework.\nExperience in managing stakeholder’s expectations with the ability to work with external international clients, senior stakeholders, and third parties whilst relying on strong communication skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
