Lead the developers to do software architecture design/review, do coding and code review to make sure the platform/APP is always with high quality insight. Do live support to support daily business operation, support and take part in the troubleshooting and bug fixing.\nThe main responsibilities are:\nManage and measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals\nCollaborate with various functions, and drive developing initiatives\nGuide developing technical strategy and roadmaps\nDesign, build and optimize Edenred Taiwan products and services\nWrite clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages\nCollaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture\nParticipate in requirements analysis\nTest and deploy applications and systems\nDevelop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)\nServe as an expert on applications and provide technical guidance and support to team members\nConduct code reviews and unit tests to deliver high-quality code\nYOUR PROFILE\nQualifications :\nMinimum 7 years of experience in software design and development with C# .NET Framework or .NET Core, and MSSQL\nDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment\nDemonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, with minimum experience of 1.5 years\nFamiliarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g. MVC)\nFamiliarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)\nFluent in version control git & git-flow\nExperience of Agile methodologies\nExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills\nDevOps experience/understanding/interest a strong plus\nClear communication -
