At EDF Nuclear Operations, Success is Personal - and we'll support you to build a rewarding career that's right for you.\nAs a Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the safe and reliable operation of Sizewell B Power Station.\nWorking closely with suppliers, stakeholders and operational teams, you'll support driving contract performance, supplier performance, commercial management, stakeholder management and contract negotiation activities. You'll help us deliver value as we support the transition towardsAn Electric Britain.\nYou'll support one of the UK's most important nuclear sites, helping to deliver essential services while identifying opportunities for commercial improvement, procurement support and operational efficiency across key contracts.\nThis role is based on site at #SizewellB Power Station.\nYou'll work closely with a wide range of teams across the station, building strong relationships and gaining valuable insight into the operational environment that keeps low-carbon electricity flowing to homes and businesses across the UK.\nThis role is being offered on a 18 month fixed term contract.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSupport managing the performance of key contractors to ensure value, quality, productivity and contractual compliance\n\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating contract information effectively\n\nIdentifying and delivering commercial improvements and efficiency opportunities across contracts and operational activities\n\nSupporting contract negotiations and supporting commercial decision-making\n\nResolving contractual issues, managing supplier escalations and supporting contract renewals or pre-procurement activities\n\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for an experienced Contract Manager or someone aiming to expand their current role into a commercial environment. You'll be organised, analytical and comfortable supporting multiple priorities while delivering strong business outcomes. Are you experienced in...?\nHolding an HNC or equivalent qualification in a business or commercial discipline\n\nContract management within a regulated, industrial, engineering or operational environment\n\nFinancial and commercial control, including cost management\n\nTo be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.\nPay, Benefits and Culture\nWe are offering a salary range of between £47,513 and £99,929, however for this role we will be looking to appoint within the range of £47,513 - £72,951,with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement.
