Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide leadership across project governance, delivery standards and portfolio management, ensuring projects are delivered in a consistent, controlled and effective way. You'll have the opportunity toinfluence how our delivery function operates, driving improvements that support successful outcomes across the business.\nAlongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you'll join us in a remote role with flexibility to work from home. Travel will be required for project and business meetings, typically around twice per month, with regular opportunities to connect with colleagues and stakeholders in London, Durham and Edinburgh.\nThis is also a fantastic opportunity to develop and mentor a growing team of Digital Delivery Managers. By 2035, we aim to deliver 10GW of low-carbon energy and we'd love you to help us get there.\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for a Lead Digital Delivery Manager who is confident driving governance, improving delivery standards and developing people. You'll combine strong project management expertise with a passion for coaching others and creating successful delivery environments.\nTo be shortlisted, you'll need:\nSignificant experience delivering and governing complex portfolios, programmes or projects within a structured project management environment.\nExperience establishing, maintaining and improving project delivery standards, controls and governance frameworks.\nProven experience managing and developing Project Managers, Delivery Managers or similar project professionals.\nStrong knowledge of project portfolio management, project governance and delivery lifecycle management.\nExperience managing project risks, issues, budgets, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.\nPrevious experience working within highly regulated or complex organisational environments.\nA recognised project management qualification such as Prince2 Practitioner, P3O, MSP or equivalent.\nWe're open to candidates from a variety of sectors. Previous renewables experience isn't essential.
