You'll balance safety, quality, cost and schedule, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.\nThis is an onsite role based at Heysham 1, giving you the opportunity to work closely with engineering specialists and operational teams at the heart of EDF Nuclear Operations.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading the safe delivery of technical and engineering projects from initiation through to completion\nManaging project scope, schedule, cost and quality to achieve agreed outcomes\nWorking with engineering and technical specialists to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating project progress, risks and opportunities\nLeading and supporting project teams to deliver successful outcomes in a highly regulated environment\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for a Project Manager who is delivery-focused, technically minded and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll have experience leading complex projects and building effective working relationships to achieve shared goals. Do you offer...?\nProven experience delivering technical or engineering projects through the full project lifecycle\nExperience working in a highly regulated industry such as nuclear, oil and gas, marine, defence or construction\nA technical background across multidisciplinary engineering environments\nExperience managing project scope, schedules, costs and risks\nStrong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes\nTo be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.\nPay, Benefits and Culture\nWe are offering a starting salary of between £64,261 and £84,595, with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement.
