The role is responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation while maintaining company vehicles in good condition and complying with all UAE traffic and safety regulations.\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong safety mindset, good knowledge of UAE roads and routes, and the flexibility to support operational and administrative requirements when needed.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSafely transport employees, visitors, and company personnel as required\nDeliver and collect documents, materials, spare parts, and equipment between locations\nEnsure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality\nConduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy\nMonitor fuel levels, vehicle servicing, insurance, and registration renewals\nReport any accidents, breakdowns, or maintenance issues immediately\nMaintain accurate vehicle logs, trip records, and fuel usage records\nSupport logistics and operational activities when required\nFollow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and HSE requirements at all times\nAssist with airport transfers, official meetings, and other transportation support activities\nCoordinate with administration and facilities teams for transportation planning\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nHigh school certificate or equivalent preferred\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of driving experience in the UAE\nExperience supporting corporate, industrial, or operational environments preferred\nFamiliarity with Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other UAE routes\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience working in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments\nBasic English communication skills\nFamiliarity with vehicle maintenance checks and documentation\nWHY CHOOSE EDGE\nLaunched in November 2019, the UAE's EDGE is one of the world's leading advanced technology groups, established to develop agile, bold and disruptive solutions for defence and beyond, and to be a catalyst for change and transformation.
