Strong communication skills and technical documentation abilities are key for success in this role.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBe responsible for the hands-on design and realization of RF passive and active circuits used in phased array antennas, large RF systems, and other RF components.\nDesign and test circuits for receivers, transmitters, local oscillators, and RF subsystems.\nSimulate circuit and system performance using analytical software such as AWR Microwave Office, VSS, Ansys, CST, and MATLAB.\nCollaborate with other engineers and technicians to realize completed RF electronics and RF designs.\nParticipate and guide the testing of RF hardware for required performance metrics in antenna and phased array systems: VSWR, insertion loss, power, G/T, etc.\nDesign chip and wire components for use in receivers, high-power limiters, and transmitters.\nTest and document designs in preparation for potential production.\nComplete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field.\nProvide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.\nMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS\nStrong hands-on RF engineering background with 5+ years of practical industry experience\nExperience in RF architecture definition, frequency planning, and RF link budget analysis\nProven experience in RF front-end design\nProficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, AWR, MATLAB)\nGood understanding of RF components including LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, synthesizers, and T/R modules\nExperience in RF testing and debugging using lab equipment such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal
