Working at the interface of engineering and deployment, you will lead integration, commissioning, testing, and field support activities across factory, customer, and operational environments. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong troubleshooting capabilities and a deep understanding of complex radar systems.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and carry out on-site installation, integration, commissioning, and technical support of NEMUS radar, electronic warfare (EW), C2, and associated equipment.\nVerify site and platform readiness, including mounting arrangements, power supply, grounding, cooling, cabling, and network connectivity.\nIntegrate and configure equipment in accordance with approved drawings, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and installation procedures.\nPerform system startup, configuration, alignment, calibration, and functional verification in coordination with the engineering team.\nDiagnose hardware, software, network, and interface issues, coordinating corrective actions with specialist engineers and technology partners.\nPrepare and execute field test procedures and support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), demonstrations, and customer trials.\nCoordinate field technicians and installation subcontractors during deployment, commissioning, and maintenance activities.\nPerform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including fault isolation and verification of restored system operation.\nProvide practical operator and maintainer training and support the transfer of technical knowledge to local teams.\nPrepare field reports, installation records, test results, fault reports, and as-built documentation\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, integration, commissioning, or field support of radar, RF, defence electronics, or comparable complex systems.\nPractical understanding of system interfaces, electronic equipment, and structured troubleshooting.\nAbility to interpret installation drawings, wiring diagrams, ICDs, and technical manuals.\nWorking knowledge of power distribution, grounding, cabling, and Ethernet/IP networks.\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting Windows/Linux-based equipment and networked systems.\nFamiliarity with electronic and RF test instruments.\nExperience with field testing, acceptance procedures, maintenance activities, and technical
