Job Description\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute the approved integrated management system audit plan and conduct scheduled internal audits of AL TAIF in a timely manner;\nConduct special audits as directed by the Senior Manager, Quality;\nPrepare audit checklist to include project contract, ISO standards, EIAC and other requirements that reflect targeted operations;\nDocument internal audit findings and prepare recommended opportunities for improvement (OFI’s) and/or corrective action(s) when required to correct a non-conformance;\nPrepare the minutes of meeting for internal audits and distribute to the auditees when needed;\nMaintain the status of, and follow up/track corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to completion, and verify them in timely manner;\nPerform site visits in different AL TAIF locations throughout the UAE.\nMaintain and update Corrective Action request (CARs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI’s) logs;\nAssist with the preparation of eternal audits as directed by the Supervisor, QA Audit, Assistant Manager, QA and Senior Manager, Quality;\nAssist in training and provide awareness for all employees in preparation for external audits;\nAssist with creating trend analysis reports of internal audit processes as directed by the Supervisor, QA Audit, Assistant Manager, QA and Senior Manager, Quality;\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of all company information;\nUnderstand the management-approved Risk Framework and actively participate in the Risk Management Program.\nIdentify and report potential risks related to QHSE, legal, and contractual aspects while performing IMS audits.\nVerify the auditee department’s Risk and Opportunity Log to ensure that mitigation plans are implemented.\nSupport other members of the internal audit team in fulfilling their roles;\nPerform other duties as required by their line manager and/or department managers.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma is required, bachelor’s degree in engineering would be preferred;\nTwo or four years of experience working in a quality auditing role is required;\nTwo or four years of experience as a multi-skilled specialist auditing in a technical field is preferred;\nAuditor certification in the most up to date any Management System (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and ISO/IEC 17025 is required, Lead Auditor is preferred;\nAbility to understand audit reference materials and standards, including but not limited to ASQ Quality 101, ISO 19011, ISO 31073, ISO 17043, and certification and accreditation body guidelines\nA strong understanding of management systems and guideline standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 10015, ISO 31000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025), along with good knowledge of auditing procedures, is required;\nThe ability to assess policies, procedures and processes for compliance with management systems and guideline standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 10015, ISO 31000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025) is required;\nAbility in producing trend analysis reports is preferred;\nStrong attention to detail, organised, problem solving and analytical skills is preferred;\nExperience with Microsoft Office software and email correspondence is required;\nAn ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel is preferred;\nA strong grasp of the English language is required;\nHave, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s
