We empower our customer to focus on its missions, confident that its land-based platforms and systems, warfighters and other personnel are in optimal condition to operate at peak performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the leadership and continuous improvement of the Document Control and Technical Library processes within the Documentation Section, ensuring alignment with organisational and contractual requirements.\nMonitor and track company documents through the creation, approval process, version control, and maintenance, including customer concurrence forms for document approvals.\nMaintain a comprehensive hard copy archive of all approved policies, manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.\nUpdate company documentation in response to Management of Change requests and manage the archiving of the requests.\nAssist with all document production and publishing requirements, including graphic design and formatting in accordance with company brand guidelines.\nProficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects for various design and editing tasks.\nDevelop dynamic and engaging presentations utilising advanced Microsoft PowerPoint features.\nApply strong typography and layout design skills to enhance visual communication.\nCreate and manipulate vector and raster images to fit various media needs.\nIncorporate images, videos, and animations into designs and presentations to enhance storytelling.\nGenerate informative and visually appealing charts, graphs, and infographics.\nPerform photo retouching, colour correction, and compositing to deliver high-quality images.\nExecute simple video editing and animation tasks to produce engaging motion graphics.\nEnsure designs meet both print and digital publishing standards.\nManage internal and external customer design requests, including printing and binding of training materials, certificates, and promotional items.\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of all company documentation.\nUnderstand the management-approved Risk Framework and actively participate in the Risk Management Program.\nIdentify and report potential risks related to the documentation and technical manual process.\nSupport other members of the Quality team and perform additional duties as directed by the Assistant Manager, Documentation.\nExperience & Education:\nHigh school diploma required;
