We have the ambitious goal of enabling cloud-level performance with significantly better energy-efficiency and cost-efficiency for AI inference infrastructure across markets like robotic, industrial automation, aerospace & defense and telecommunications.\nRole & responsibilities:\nThis is a critical and visible role.\nThe program manager is responsible for the program execution of the ASIC program in terms of schedule, performance, power, cost and quality.\nIdentifies project risks working with the engineering teams and creates a mitigation plan, tracks regularly, and reviews with the executive team.\nPredictable Execution is the ultimate goal.\nKeeps dependencies under control and keeps all stakeholders informed periodically.\nEnsures Change control, conducts project development milestone reviews, and other ASIC development processes are effectively implemented.\nRoll up and report regularly to senior management on key development milestones, metrics, risks, and risk mitigation plans.\nWorks closely with design and technical leads, implementation teams, and other program managers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of quality products.\nDesired Qualifications:\nASIC program management experience. Experience inthe complete ASIC life cycle development cycle\nMeticulous Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Risk management and Delivery of SOCs\nCollaboration with ASIC functional teams (Architecture, Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design) and cross-functional teams (IT, EDA partners, HW boards, SW, Validation, Business)\nGood understanding of SOC design flows\nStrong communication skills\nMetrics definition, generation for program, resource burn charts\nPMP certification is a value-add\nProcess-oriented individual - Defining project gates, Hand-off criteria, Critical path definition and tracking, Identifying project big rocks and tracking\nMust have strong knowledge of planning tools like Microsoft mpp, advanced xls power point and project management tools.\nMust have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels\nTrack record of program management performance\nWhat’s in it for you?\nMake a difference: you will have the opportunity to join a well-funded and rapidly growing fabless AI semiconductor company that is disrupting the AI software and hardware across the edge AI landscape.
