You will coordinate conversions, modifications, and uprates of gas turbines and associated plant equipment, managing projects from order conversion through installation.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide technical coordination for conversions, modifications, unit relocations, and uprates on in-service gas turbine power trains and BOP systems.\n\nDevelop and monitor engineering project schedules to meet milestones defined by project management and customers.\n\nCommunicate project scope and provide technical support across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, field service, and service shop teams.\n\nDeliver technical presentations and ensure timely completion of project objectives while maintaining quality standards.\n\nCoach and mentor junior requisition engineers and promote professional growth within the global team.\n\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, controls engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8+ years of engineering or field experience in power generation, with direct exposure to gas turbines and combined-cycle plant operations.\n\nProven project engineering experience including schedule, scope, cost and risk management and cross-functional coordination.\n\nAbility to interpret and produce engineering documentation such as P&IDs, one-line diagrams, mechanical drawings, specifications and BOMs.\n\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of BOP electrical equipment, control networks and GE gas turbine product lines.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.\n\nExperience with GE Gas Turbine requisition processes and GT MLI/BOM structures.\n\nSystems-thinking mindset for combined-cycle power plant
