The role requires one individual to take ownership to our 9 electronic repair workshops and professionalize them to a next level. We currently use state of the art equipment and repair a massive amount of board. Nevertheless, lots of them can’t be repaired as more time is needed to investigate and identify the causes of the fault. The role is to coordinate the workshops, improve what has already been done, identify constraints and practices, make changes, check performance, adapt, deploy and keep the pace in order to improve quality and boost production. At the same time coordinate the day-to-day activities and make sure workshops are well supplied and staff well trained.\nResponsibilities include:\nSupervise electronic boards repair workshops\nReinforce best reworking practices across all workshops\nOn going research on new technologies for reliability and efficiency\nProvide performance feedback and suggest changes on inhouse developed equipment\nDevelop and customize best working environment according company policies\nEnsure health and safety policies are complied with local authorities and best practices\nSupervise all new talent acquisition related workshop activities\nHandle annual and monthly budget for workshops\nOPERATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER PROFILE\nHighly skilled electronic background is mostly required\nWell organized and ability to follow and reinforce instructions\nTroubleshooting skills and out of the box thinking\nAbility to develop and write manuals/ procedures \nEnglish language.
