You'll support the full campaign lifecycle from trafficking and monitoring to pacing, cross-platform reporting, kick-off decks, and client-facing wrap-up decks for a roster of luxury brand clients across multiple ad platforms and dashboards. This is a hands-on execution role with room to grow. You'll work closely with the campaign management team, take clear direction, and bring strong platform knowledge and a meticulous eye for quality to everything you touch.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCampaign Trafficking & Execution\nTraffic direct-sold campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and social campaigns across Meta and Pinterest.\nSet up line items, ad units, and targeting parameters per campaign specs and insertion orders.\nReview media plans to ensure alignment with inventory requirements and client deliverables.\nCapture and document campaign launch screenshots in a timely manner.\nSupport campaign launches across GAM, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, affiliate-based platforms, and other relevant ad operations systems.\nPacing & Reporting\nMonitor and update daily campaign pacing and performance across GAM, Meta, Pinterest, Klaviyo, Dashsocial, IAS and other dashboards.\nPull weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports across platforms and compile into structured summaries.\nPrepare kick-off call decks and wrap-up decks from performance data using Google Slides and Canva.\nManage revenue reporting from internal dashboards with accuracy and consistency.\nCampaign & Data Management\nManage Asana tasks to ensure all campaign deliverables are tracked, executed, and up to date.\nAnalyze Invalid Traffic (IVT) performance via IAS and flag anomalies as needed.\nExecute tasks with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with Campaign Managers and the Senior Ad Operations Specialist to align on priorities and deliverables.\nCommunicate proactively on task status, blockers, and risks before they become issues.\nProvide backup support for ad-hoc requests and operational needs as directed by management.\nCollaborate across teams to align individual task execution with broader campaign objectives.\nREQUIREMENTS\nMust-Have\n3-4 years of ad operations experience, ideally on the publisher side.\nHands-on proficiency in Google Ad Manager including trafficking, reporting, and creative management.\nExperience trafficking social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest.\nStrong analytical skills in Google Sheets / Excel.\nSolid storytelling ability, comfortable preparing polished campaign decks in Google Slides & Canva for client-facing and internal use.\nAbility to integrate AI tools into daily workflow to improve efficiency across repetitive tasks.\nStrong time management, able to prioritize across multiple concurrent campaigns without constant oversight.\nClear, professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.\nProactive problem-solving mindset, flags issues early and proposes solutions.\nNice-to-Have\nExperience building dashboards in Looker Studio.\nFamiliarity with affiliate platforms such as Rakuten, CJ, or similar.\nHands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Manus AI to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting workflows, and improve daily operational efficiency.\nExperience pulling data insights and presenting them in a structured, client-ready format.\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nFull-time or part-time (approximately 3-5 hours per day) contract engagement.\nFast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent campaigns across platforms.\nClear direction and fast feedback loops from the Ad Ops and Campaign Management team.\nExposure to luxury brand clients and premium editorial advertising
