The role requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week.\nJob Title: Business Analyst - IT (Voice & Cloud Communication) \nLocation: Brussels, Belgium \nDepartment: Application and Solution Development \n\nRole Overview \n\nAs a Business Analyst IT, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and supporting Agile development teams to deliver high-impact functionalities for BICS Voice and Cloud Communication services as part of Proximus Global. \n\nKey Responsibilities \nBuilding and maintaining a strong and trustful relationship with our stakeholders via solid communication and close collaboration. \nEngage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and problem definitions, translating them into system requirements. \nPrioritize and maintain the product backlog with the support of the Product Owner in a continuous collaborative mode. \nConduct meetings and closely collaborate with business community, end-users, platform owners, engineers, architects, developers, QA teams, process manager and external partners to shape and deliver effective business solutions. \nDetermine the detailed specifications required to develop and improve the business applications. \nAchieve consensus by reconciling business needs, technical/security/legal constraints and architecture principles. \nEnsure accurate and evolving effort estimations from project inception through detailed design and backlog management, enabling realistic planning and resource allocation. \nProducing and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation artefacts (user stories, functiona\n\nYour Profile \nSolid IT background with minimum 3-5 years as business/functional analyst. \nStrong analytical abilities with problem-solving and results-oriented mindset. \nProven practice of Scrum development methodologies, ceremonies and related tools. \nFamiliar with requirements gathering and development cost estimation techniques. \nAbility to lead meetings, achieve compromises and articulate complex solutions to both business and technical audiences. \nAptitude to challenge status-quo and be innovative in solution definition. \nFluent in English with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. \nSelf-driven and autonomous, consistently applying an agile and value-driven approach to software development. \nLearning and adapting quickly to new domain knowledge and technologies. \n\nPreferred Qualifications \nKnowledge about cloud communication and voice carrier related services and technologies.
