CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub, GitHub Runners\nMonitor CI/CD tool performance and usage to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed CI/CD principles and define best practices for secure, automated software delivery\nProvide support for Azure cloudification initiatives and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.\nConduct training sessions and workshops to upskill development teams on CI/CD practices.\nStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the CI/CD ecosystem.\nWork closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.\nWork Environment\nAgile, hands-on technical role within a dynamic engineering environment.\nOpportunity to shape and evolve CI/CD practices across the organization.\nCollaboration with a diverse team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals.\n\nYour profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline management and DevSecOps practices.\nSolid knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with practical experience working in Scrum teams (ceremonies, roles, and continuous improvement mindset).\nStrong interest in the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, particularly AI‑powered coding assistance tools (such as GitHub Copilot), and a willingness to explore their responsible use to improve developer productivity and code quality\nStrong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions/Runners and related tools.\nFamiliarity with SonarQube and Aikido is a strong plus.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).\nProficiency in scripting and automation tools: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.\nExperience with build tools and package managers: Maven, Node.js, npm, Nexus, JFrog.\nGood understanding of deploying various platforms: web apps, microservices, serverless, etc.\nFamiliarity with standard databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.\nExperience with Azure and related cloud services is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFluent in English (spoken and
