You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring pragmatic delivery today while building the architectural foundations for tomorrow.\nYou contribute actively to the evolution of a modern, cloud-based data platform at the heart of our Data & Analytics domain, where data maturity is strong and there is still room to think freely, challenge ideas and help shape the way forward.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and implement secure, scalable and efficient data, BI and AI solutions aligned with business needs.\nElaborate and evolve data product architectures on a modern cloud-based data platform.\nTranslate high-level and evolving business needs into concrete solution designs using architectural blueprints.\nSupport engineering teams throughout analysis and delivery, safeguarding solution quality end to end while keeping the right balance between technical depth and architectural overview.\nAutomate data management processes and help bring computational data governance into practice in a pragmatic and iterative way.\nDocument and justify key choices through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), ensuring transparency and traceability.\n\nWhat you bring\nYou have 4+ years of experience in solution architecture and 7+ years designing enterprise-scale data solutions, or you bring strong potential, interest and eagerness to grow in the data and platform domain.\nYou are strong in data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, data modelling and data product design.\nYou are fluent in advanced SQL and Python and experienced with data integration patterns such as batch, CDC, streaming and APIs.\nYou bring hands-on experience with cloud data platforms on AWS, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.\nYou have solid exposure to AI/ML, MLOps and GenAI architectures, including LLMs, vector stores and retrieval patterns.\nYou combine an agile, analytical and pragmatic mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
