D-NETWORK is looking for a permanent IT Desktop/Web Platforms Manager, Engineering Manager for a customer based in Mechelen. You're Fluent in English with Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, including significant time (at least 3 years) in engineering leadership or people-management roles. Proven experience leading teams delivering complex, long-lived production software where reliability, quality, and risk management are critical. Position Overview : The Engineering Manager (Desktop/Web Platforms) plays a pivotal leadership role in this transformation. This role is a technical people-leadership and engineering accountability role. It is not a Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead role.
