innovation.\nAs a Solution Architect, you will:\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures that are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with our customers’ business objectives.\nLead architecture workshops and collaborate closely with customers, delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business challenges into sustainable technical solutions.\nGuide implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure architectural consistency from design to production.\nDefine integration patterns, technology choices and architectural roadmaps across cloud-native, hybrid and enterprise environments.\nEnsure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, resilience, scalability and operational excellence.\nHelp teams adopt modern and AI-native engineering practices, including AI-assisted analysis, development, testing, documentation, quality assurance and delivery governance.\nContribute to architecture reviews and continuous improvement through technical coaching, knowledge sharing and pragmatic guidance.\nIdentify where AI, automation or agentic delivery patterns can create real value for customers, while keeping a strong focus on security, quality, governance and maintainability.\nBeyond customer delivery, you will play a key role in shaping new opportunities:\nWork closely with Sales, Account Managers and Delivery Leads to design compelling technical solutions for strategic opportunities.\nLead the technical dimension of presales activities, including customer workshops, solution shaping, sizing exercises, RFP responses and proposal development.\nPresent and defend solution architectures to customers and executive stakeholders, translating technical complexity into clear business value.\nContribute to reusable reference architectures, accelerators, AI-native delivery practices and best practices that strengthen our market offering.\nStay ahead of emerging technologies and help translate innovation, including AI-native software engineering and agentic delivery approaches, into practical solutions for our customers and our organisation.\n\nYour profile\nYou are an experienced architect who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business and innovation.\nYou bring:\nExtensive experience designing complex enterprise or solution architectures.\nA strong understanding of cloud platforms, modern application architectures, integration patterns and software engineering practices.\nExperience balancing technical excellence with business needs and customer value.\nThe ability to communicate confidently with both technical experts and business stakeholders.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to coach teams, facilitate workshops and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.\nA strong interest in how AI is changing software delivery, architecture and engineering practices.\nThe ability to translate AI-native concepts into pragmatic, secure and valuable solutions for customers and delivery teams.\nExperience supporting presales activities, solution proposals or large transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.\nFamiliarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar methodologies is appreciated, but practical experience and architectural leadership matter most.\nExperience with AI-assisted delivery, software engineering accelerators, automation, DevSecOps, platform engineering or agentic SDLC approaches is a strong
