Voor onze klant, met kantoor te Brugge, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een teamlead DevOps. Ze zijn een gekende dienstverlener voor KMO’s die reeds meer dan 100 jaar actief.
 

Binnen deze context ben jij als Teamlead DevOps verantwoordelijk voor het coachen, aansturen en begeleiden van één of meerdere ontwikkelteams die werken volgens de DevOps-principes.

Je rol is impactvol:

  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en resultaten van de softwareontwikkeling.

  • Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen én tussen teams.

  • Je zet in op continue verbetering, innovatie en stabiliteit van infrastructuur en toepassingen.

  • Je draagt bij aan een positieve teamcultuur en neemt ownership over de groei en motivatie van je mensen.
     

Als people manager krijg je ook ruimte voor strategisch denken én operationele betrokkenheid. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders zoals product owners, IT managers en operations.
 

 

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als Teamlead binnen IT.
  • Je hebt kennis van DevOps principes.
  • Je hebt ervaring met strategisch denken en operationele betrokkenheid.

  • je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master binnen IT.
