Areas of Responsibility\nTrain operations on warehouse practices, driving inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse functions\nMaintain adequate inventories \nConduct annual stocktakes and cycle counts \nOversee the implementation, purchasing, and follow-through of functional inventory systems \nDevelop and maintain master data in the ERP system for new projects \nImplement a system for how the ERP system can be used\nAssist in site with setup and strategy for stocking parts in compliance with EDL inventory standards\nAssist in sourcing/tracking emergent supply chain issues\nManage warranty and core processing and tracking for the sites \nTrack project specific orders for lead time and assist in the goods receipting to manage the procure-to-pay process to ensure risks are managed appropriately \nIdentify any supplier gaps that may be needed to support the business\nRaise requisitions as required\nIdentify process improvements pertaining to the ERP system\nShip required inventory parts to site as determined by management \nIdentify and establish key vendor relationships to support the reciprocating engine business unit\nTrack critical spares and submit related reports to management\nIdentify and action regular purchases that may become inventory stock\nEnsure the business has the parts required support the scheduled maintenance \nIdentify and communicate opportunities for supplier consolidation or alternative, lower cost supply chain\nQualifications and Experience\nStrong organization skills with ability to prioritize \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with employees, contractors, leadership, customers, and other parties. \nReliable, committed, and motivated to achieving company and team goals and objectives\nRecognizes and Administration or related discipline\nProficient in use of Microsoft applications at an intermediate level\nAdvanced Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel preferred\nDemonstrated understanding of the concept of inventory management and ERP systems\nKnowledgeable in supply chain management systems working in a purchasing and inventory framework\nExperience in Oracle is preferred\nEDL is proud
