meetings outside standard working hours.\nSenior Developer Responsibilities\nMentor and coach junior team members.\nShare technical knowledge and support the development of the wider team’s capabilities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant discipline.\nAt least 3 years of relevant software-development experience, or 6 years for the Senior Software Developer role.\nPractical experience with .NET/C#, Windows Services, web applications, web services, Microsoft Azure, GitHub and AI-assisted development tools.\nStrong ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions against expected outcomes.\nExperience in software testing, test automation and Agile development environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an accountable, collaborative and quality-focused approach.\nAbility to work effectively with teams across different functions, regions and time zones.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies, programming languages and engineering practices.\nFor the Senior Software Developer role, the ability to mentor and support the technical
