Networking and technological innovation provide an opportunity for accelerated learning, while generating value for our customers’ businesses.\nWe are looking for a B2B Distributed Solutions Specialist to join our team.\nWhat you will do:\nCoordinate the development and launch of new offers, ensuring alignment of the go-to-market strategy with the different business areas.\nMonitor the commercial performance of offers after launch, including sales, customer adoption, profitability and commercial feedback.\nSupport the management of energy generated from surplus solar production, ensuring its proper allocation and value optimisation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.\nSupport the monitoring of the revenue assurance funnel, aiming to maximise revenues and improve asset performance.\nWork closely with Product Management, Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Engineering and other business support teams across Portugal and Spain.\nWork site: Hybrid\nCity: Lisbon (candidates based in Porto can also be considered)\nContract: Fixed-Term Contract (expected end date: March 2027)\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in product management, business development, energy solutions or a related field.\nBackground in Engineering, Economics, Management, Business or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.\nStrategic mindset and strong results orientation.\nCritical thinking and an interest in process optimisation and business efficiency.\nStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nAbility to collaborate with different stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nNice to have:\nExperience in the energy sector, particularly in B2B distributed solar solutions.\nKnowledge of solar energy, energy communities, battery storage, heat electrification or bundled energy solutions.\nExperience in product development and go-to-market strategy.\nFamiliarity with revenue assurance, energy management or asset performance optimisation.\nComfortable working with stakeholders in an international environment, particularly across Portugal and Spain.\nMore than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.\nEqual opportunities for all\nOur vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
