Moreover, you will find high potential for personal and professional development.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the operation of specific solar projects understanding its conditions and periodic evolution for possible areas of improvement. \nCoordinate and implement O&M Procedure and Maintenance standard plans with Service contractors and ensure the implementation on site, to guarantee the maximum efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the assets according to EDPR standards. \n Active participatation in tendering process, contract negotiation and contract set-up for O&M activities related services and supply of parts.\nSupervision and management of Service Level agreement with Contractors and O&M inspections as per requested by authorities for renewable energy projects. \nCoordinate the implementation of operation improvement initiatives under the scope of O&M and secure its implementation. \nParticipate into the preparation of the budget for O&M activities, with the objective to maximize the profitability of the asset. \nManage relationships and supervise obligations with/towards local stakeholders, TSO, Regulators, offtakers and contractors and coordinate with the relevant departments and external parties where needed. \nFulfil the maintenance policies set by the management of all assets to achieve the objectivesand optimize the cost-benefit balance. \nContinuous engagement with relevant local authorities and communities. \nPerform other tasks as may be required by manager. \nSupport insurance set-up and manage insurance claims when needed\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree of Engineering.\nLanguages: Japanese and Fluent in English. \nDriving license. \nExperience on managing solar assets above 2 MWac\nSpecific knowledge on solar PV technology, cost-benefit analysis, maintenance techniques, flow anlayslis, energy market regulator and monitoring operating parameters. \nWith relevant operation and maintenance experience in the region, either with established large scale energy procedurers or contractors in renewable energy sector. \nExpert in maintence and testing techniques\nKnowledge and ability to apply industrial norms and standards\nKnowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PP) \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to adapt new knowledge.\nTime Management & Communication Skills\nWhen you join EDP APAC, you will have access to:\nProfessional experience in a leading global company in the renewables industry with flexible work conditions\nRecognition through remuneration compatible with the role and other additional benefits\nOpportunities for personal and professional development, e.g. cross-cutting projects, mobilities and volunteering\nAbout EDP Group:\nAs a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
