You will have the opportunity to actively participate in our global transformation, by changing tomorrow now.\nSummary\nSupport the Asia Pacific P&O team by bringing together people data, preparing clear insights for leaders and contributing to regional people initiatives. The intern will also explore practical ways to use AI and digital tools to improve HR processes, developing simple prototypes with guidance from the team.\nThis role offers hands-on exposure to people analytics, workforce planning, talent and organisation initiatives, and responsible AI experimentation in an HR context.\nResponsibilities\nPeople data and insight\nAnalyse and combine HR data from sources such as turnover, employee engagement, workforce plans and performance to support informed decision-making.\nPrepare presentations and communication materials that turn people insights into clear, actionable messages for P&O and business leaders.\nAI and HR process improvement\nExplore opportunities to apply AI and digital tools to HR processes and help develop simple, user-friendly prototypes, such as an internal salary proposal support tool that organizes information for human review and does not automate compensation decisions.\nGather requirements, test prototypes, document findings and incorporate user feedback, working with appropriate guidance and review.\nPeople initiatives across APAC\nContribute analysis and communication materials for workforce planning, talent management, organisation development and talent mobility initiatives.\nSupport the Business Partners team in rolling out global initiatives across APAC, including employee engagement, learning and development, employer branding and well-being.\nHandle ad hoc projects and other requests as needed.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, psychology, analytics, information systems or a related field.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with confidence working with data and presenting findings clearly.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.\nGood AI skills or a strong interest in applying AI to practical business problems. Experience creating simple prototypes with generative AI, no-code or low-code tools, or basic web technologies is an advantage.\nCurious, organized and able to handle confidential information with care.
