EDPR Corporate Operational Reporting and KPI generation and the management of the Operational Data and Reporting solutions to grant the standardization, governance, quality and optimization of the data and reporting processes to add value to the business.\nOperational Data Office main accountabilities:\nManagement of the Interstellar Datahub Solution, ensuring the internalization of the functional maintenance and evolution activities of EDPR’s operational data solutions.\nEnsure the design, development, engineering, evolution and technical ownership of the Operational Interstellar datahub and cloud-based operational data platform.\nCoordination with Operational Reporting Solution, ensuring the alignment with the data model and available information in Interstellar Datahub Solution.\nGrant an efficient interface and interaction with the rest of Dispatch Center areas, as well as with other EDPR areas and stakeholders which are relevant for the Operational Data Office and Reporting area activities and responsibilities.\nThis role provides the leadership required for the development, engineering, and evolution of EDPR's Operational Data Platform, combining expertise in Data Engineering, cloud technologies, data architecture, automation, and software development to support critical business capabilities.\nMain responsibilities:\nOperational Datahub Management\nOwn the end-to-end management, governance, and continuous evolution of the Operational Interstellar Datahub, ensuring its availability, reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.\nDesign, implement, maintain, and optimize data models, tables, views, and data structures within the Databricks environment to support operational and analytical use cases.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes for incorporating new operational systems, business assets, and external data sources.\nDevelop and maintain technical mechanisms supporting data quality monitoring and validation.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize code, scripts, stored procedures, notebooks, and automated routines supporting data processing, reporting, and operational workflows.\nDesign and implement reusable data services, business logic, and automated processes that enable efficient generation of reports, operational views, KPIs, and business insights.\nCreate, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions to support internal operations, customer reporting, and management decision-making.\nCollaborate maintainability and knowledge sharing.\nSupport incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to data processes and platform operations.\nEvaluate and implement new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the Operational Interstellar DataHub architecture, capabilities, and efficiency.\nDrive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and increase the reliability of recurring business processes.\nAct as the primary technical owner of the Operational Interstellar DataHub, ensuring its long-term sustainability, continuous enhancement, and alignment with evolving business and operational requirements.\nPlatform Engineering & Architecture\nDefine and maintain the technical roadmap of the Operational Interstellar DataHub. \nDesign scalable cloud-native architectures. \nMaintain CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines. Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or another that fits the desired profile.\nAbility to read, write and speak English, and Portuguese or Spanish\nExperience working with Databricks in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence environments with proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, optimization and analysis and programming experience in Python and/or advanced SQL development.Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data architectures.\nMandatory experience in Databricks, Python, SQL, data pipelines, automation scripts, notebooks,
