SUPPORT TO DEVELOPMENT, ORIGINATION AND M&A PROCESS:\nCollaborate with Business Engineering, Development and Construction Area to perform Technical Due Diligences, preliminary design and feasibility studies to acquire projects in different levels of Development performing CapEx estimations, risk analysis, technical reports. \n2. ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT:\nEngineering management responsible for the project and in direct contact with the Business Unit.\nExecution of the development of engineering and designs in the different stages: pre-design, basic, executive and tender project, supervise technical feasibility of those ones assuring EDPR technical standards and project specific conditions.\nSupport design coordination among the internal pipeline and planification.\nEnsure strong communication between local E&C teams and Corporate Areas to facilitate exchange of information and to implement change, improvements and best practices\nFull coordination of external suppliers\nSite surveys with detailed reports of interferences, issues, risks present at project site\n3. ENGINEERING SPECIALIZED SUPPORT:\nSupport the elaboration of the specifications for basic and executive projects; supervise the technical adequacy of them, ensuring the compliance with EDPR standard and other specific project restraining in close coordination with Corporate Areas.\nProvide specialized technical support in the tender processes and assists E&C teams and, if only indirectly, Purchasing Department in the adjudication negotiation to guarantee the best technical-economic conditions in the awarding.\nPerform CapEx estimations, risk analysis, technical reports.\n4. STUDIES COORDINATION: Coordinate and validate with other Technical Support Units the execution of specific key studies (collector system, reactive power compensation, foundation design, noises, or others) for its integration in the engineering project, to minimize the risk associated to the construction process.\n5. PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Establish relationships with the main suppliers and providers for the whole value chain in order to include the most efficient technical and economical options to the engineering designs for each site.\n6. COMMON STANDARDS: Assure the application of the common standards in the studies and projects, supervising its adaptation to applicable local regulation, to avoid non-justified deviations and maximize the investment efficiency with all the technical warranty needed. Detects the inconsistencies of EDPR standards to adapt them to company reality.\n7. COMPANY POLICY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Understand and apply policies to prevent occupational hazards, environment and quality to ensure implementation and compliance on tasks under their responsibility.\n8. EDPR INTERESTS REPRESENTATIONS: Represent EDPR to agencies and institutions, public and private, in matters relating to its jurisdiction to enforce the interests of EDPR.\nEmployment Type: Full-time.\nWhat we are looking for:\nEngineering degree or similar. \nMinimum of 7 years\nMinimum of 5 years with experience in design and/or redaction and/or revision of different kind of projects for wind farms, BESS Plants, substations and high voltages lines.\nExperience designing wind farms (with Autocad Civil 3D and/or similar softwares) and road design software\nExperience with WTG assembly strategies and transports simulation. \nExperience in BESS layout definition and optimization\nExperience in managing and supervision of engineering projects.\nCoordination of external providers and engineering service suppliers\nExpertise in WIND and BESS layout design (mandatory), PV expertise as a plus\nNormative and local regulations (NTC, Genio Civile...)\nElectric knowledge works desirable. \nAutoCAD Civil 3D (mandatory)\nInfraworks (recommended)\nVehicle Tracking\nExcel Intermediate.\nMore than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned withour purpose.\nEqual opportunities for all\nOur vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
