We are a tech company revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight, innovative technology, market leadership, and Prime, the world’s first travel subscription program.\nWhat you will do:\nThe Role’s Key Responsibilities\nSupport the definition and execution of the broader SEO strategy, proposing key initiatives and measuring their impact.\nIdentify growth opportunities across page performance, keyword targeting, and on-page optimization.\nDrive SEO initiatives across onsite, offsite, and content strategies.\nLead technical SEO initiatives through log analysis, site crawls, and continuous performance monitoring (crawling, indexation, rendering).\nPerform granular traffic and conversion analysis across multiple international markets to assess keyword and landing-page performance.\nLeverage AI-driven tools and workflows to improve the efficiency and scalability of day-to-day SEO operations\nCollaborate with product development teams by providing key SEO insights and requirements, identifying experiments to test new strategies and opportunities for growth.\nAnalyze competitor strategies and benchmark eDreams ODIGEO’s portfolio performance against key competitors.\nSupport Content, Front-End Engineering, and Creative teams to align SEO recommendations with ongoing initiatives.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nGood to have\n4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in large e-commerce organizations (travel industry experience is a plus)\nExcellent understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools such as SemRush/Ahref/ScreamingFrog, etc.\nUnderstanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, JS crawlability & indexation, etc.)\nProven ability to work with large SEO datasets in Excel and Google Sheets, mastering common formulas and workflows to support analysis, prioritization, and decision-making at scale.\nFamiliarity with automation or scripting for SEO analysis (e.g. Google Sheets automation, Apps Script, Python, or similar) is a plus.\nExperience using generative AI tools or APIs to support SEO analysis, automation, or content workflows is a plus.\nAbility to prioritize work assignments and routine work to maximize results\nAbility to prioritize initiatives, executions, and Issues based on ROIs & effort\nAnalyzing on-page and off-page optimization and recommending future strategies\nStrong organizational and analytical skills\nAbility to coordinate SEO initiatives and efforts across the organization\nResults-oriented and fact/data-based decision-making skills\nTeam player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined, and can-do attitude.\nLanguages: English: full professional proficiency (spoken & written) mandatory\nOther major European languages are a plus\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.\nExperimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.\nAI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.\nAdaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.\nCollaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThe best talent deserves the best benefits\nAt eDO, we want you to be a part of our success story and great culture.\nHere’s what we offer:\nA rewarding Compensation package!
