This position is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of program services and ensuring that contract regulations are adhered to.\nEssential Functions:\nEstablish professional working relationships with program partners\nAttend required meetings and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetings\nAddress human resource and staff concerns\nEnsure that staff and program resources are being utilized appropriately \nProvide a positive vision for required changes during program operation\nUtilize positive communication techniques to resolve issues\nDay-to-day management of office operations\nFacilitate weekly staff meetings and supervise check-ins\nMonitor program budgets and expenditures, and provide input to Finance team regarding program fiscal matters\nReview and approve purchase orders, expense reports, audit paperwork, process changes, and staff schedules\nDirectly supervise designated staff\nMonitor progress toward contractual performance targets, develop solutions for performance issues, and prepare performance reports\nAddress customer complaints/issues/concerns as needed\nConduct interviews and make recommendations for the hiring of new staff as needed\nEnsure that staff understand and adhere to company and program policies\nCollaborate with collocated partner agency staff and assist with coordination of onsite services and events, customer referrals, and adherence to any facility policies and procedures\nOther opportunities as available Education and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience\nPrevious management experience desired\nShould have skills and experience in providing career development assistance \nA working knowledge of Microsoft Office products \nMust have experience in a team-oriented environment\nShould be able to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record required\nEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
