Engage participants in online and technology-based learning in the One Stop Centers. Provide user management, tracking and reporting, and support curriculum enhancements and improvements. Facilitate career readiness and credentialing workshops designed to support participants in developing workforce skills and obtaining industry-recognized credentials. Collaborate directly with Employment Services Coordinator, Career Advisors, and Program Managers to support participant success and program outcomes.\nOur team is growing as we enhance our services throughout the community! At the American Job Center, our team of career advisors, job developers and business services consultants have come together to provide services to assist jobseekers in their career endeavors.Top of Form\nBottom of Form\nSuccessful Elements:\nCreate and maintain an environment that promotes opportunities for quality interaction and learning through: \nEstablishing clear expectations and encouraging participant accountability \nImplementing a structure and plan consistent with prescribed curriculum goals \nMaintaining an awareness of differences in individual learning styles and strengths \nFacilitate daily Online Learning Center Career Skills classes focused on career readiness, job search strategies, interviewing skills, workplace professionalism, communication skills, digital literacy, and employment retention \nFacilitate a minimum of one Online Learning Center Credentialing Class per month to support participants in identifying, enrolling in, and completing industry-recognized credentials \nAssist participants with online course registration, credential enrollment, and troubleshooting related to credentialing platforms \nFacilitate a minimum of two Resume Builder Workshops per month utilizing AI-powered resume development tools, professional resume-writing methodologies, certified resume-writing techniques, real-world resume development experience, and industry best practices \nRecord participant services and track enrollment, attendance, and credential attainment activities \nRecommend enhancements and improvements to Online Learning Center curriculum and credentialing opportunities \nUpdate training guides, workshop materials, and resource documents \nDevelop materials, manuals, assessments, and related training aids \nOther opportunities as available \nExperience Requirements:\nExperience in training, education, workforce development, or career development \nExperience developing and formatting resumes; Certified Professional Resume Writer credential is a plus \nKnowledge of best practices in designing and developing instructional courses, webinars, workshops, and online programs \nAble to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude \nExperience in a team-oriented environment \nExperience in e-learning design and utilizing technology-related resources to foster learning \nHigh level of proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office applications \nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor's degree or Associate's degree and three years of work experience in case management, human services, workforce development, or related experience \nBring your expertise to EDSI where you will be able to live our values every day: Show Up, Smile and Support!\nEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
