Ensure consistent management and oversight of WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth regulations. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Work directly with the EDSI Regional Director and Leadership Team, as well as the funder and partners to enhance program services.\nEssential Functions:\nModel Servant Leadership by living EDSI’s core values\nEstablish professional working relationships with community organizations\nAttend required meetings with local and state representatives regarding job placement and job retention issues and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetings\nMaintain accurate participant tracking information\nAct as a liaison between the local office and EDSI office in Dearborn, providing documentation when requested\nAssist in compiling information into reports for EDSI, Board of Directors, and the State as needed\nFacilitate weekly staff meetings\nConduct internal programmatic monitoring of team to ensure compliance.\nGive recommendations for hiring and termination of staff\nWill keep executive level and senior management informed of all activities and any potential issues occurring in the centers\nSeek training and information on new and innovative programs that could have a positive effect on operations\nResearch new approaches and products to provide continuous improvement and market alignment as changes occur with the economy\nAttend workforce development training opportunities throughout Florida and sometimes outside of the state for topics dealing with workforce programs and issues that could have an impact on programs\nParticipate in quarterly One-Stop Operator Partner Meetings\nConduct coaching with staff on personnel issues and develop corrective action plans as necessary\nMaintain compliance with all EDSI and board policies and procedures including personnel policies\nReview monthly budgets to monitor expenditures and approve expense reports\nCommunicate with EDSI’s Regional Director of Operations about successes and areas of support needed to attain program goals\nTravel between offices and to local businesses and partners in the Capital Region\nAttend regularly scheduled meetings with all Career Source departments\nOther opportunities as available\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or associate’s degree, and three years of work experience in case management/human services or related experience\nDemonstrated experience managing, directing and coordinating a high-performing team to include professional development and mentorship\nExcellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills\nExperience in a team-oriented environment with an ability to work independently\nAbility to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude\nFlorida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required (must be completed within 1 year of employment)\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nValid Driver’s License\nBring your expertise to EDSI and live our values every day: Show Up, Smile and Support!\nEDSI is a progressive, forward-thinking, family-owned company that is Certified Evergreen.\nEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
