Attend all triage and hearing appointments with Department of Health and Human Services partners. Assist with the day-to-day questions and guidance related to policy and procedures.\nEssential Functions:\nHelp to ensure that positive outcomes and program goals are met as required by contract\nSupervise activities and conduct performance evaluations for case management staff\nModel appropriate coaching and case management strategies\nPerform case reviews to ensure that required documentation is maintained, staff are adhering to program policies, and participants are complying with their participation requirements\nReview and approve participant requests for supportive services\nAssist with participant case management tasks as needed\nDocument all participant contacts in case notes\nAct as liaison and maintain collaborative relationships with local Dept. of Health and Human Services (DHHS) partners\nReview Work Participation Rate (WPR) and other performance reports weekly and work with staff to address performance issues\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of PATH policies and procedures\nCoordinate participant transfers and other case changes with DHHS and other partners\nOther opportunities as available Education and Experience Requirements:\nExperience working with FIP recipients/PATH participants and/or other workforce programs\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to maintain flexibility as needs of contract require\nCustomer service experience preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nBachelor’s degree in business, education, human services, or related area is preferred\nEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
