automated testing.\nAutomation Engineering: Build, maintain, and expand scalable automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.\nAgile Scrum Collaboration: Work actively within a cross-functional Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is integrated at every stage.\nDefect Management: Identify, isolate, log, and track software defects to resolution using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).\nComprehensive Testing: Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, API, and performance testing for complex web applications.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously refine testing processes, increase test automation coverage, and optimize workflow efficiency.\nCross-functional Communication: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and discuss issue resolutions.\nRequirements & Qualifications:Experience:3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong balance of Manual Testing and Automation Testing.\nCore Tech Stack: Advanced expertise in Java and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.\nFramework Knowledge: Familiarity with test frameworks and build tools such as TestNG, JUnit, Maven, or Gradle.\nTesting Expertise: Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, bug lifecycles, and test management tools.\nLocation & On-Site Presence: Based in or willing to work from Trivandrum.\nLanguage Proficiency: Strong command of English and fluency in native Malayalam for seamless team communication.\nAvailability:Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (15 days) are preferred.\nNice to Have:Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).\nBasic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).\nExperience with database testing
