Educate 360 develops integrated solutions across brands to achieve enterprise customers’ learning & development goals in Management & Leadership, Data Science, and IT & Cybersecurity skills through training, coaching, consulting, and certification preparation.\nRole Overview\nEducate 360 is seeking a Course Creator to work with our TCM Security brand, reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions. This is a contract position focused on updating the Practical Ethical Hacker course and its associated certifications. This role will also be invited to engage with our community through Discord, YouTube, and other places.\nAs part of the interview process, you may be asked to provide a 3-5 minute video teaching a red team topic of your choice. You will be asked to complete this after your interview with the hiring manager and before your technical interview.\nMain Responsibilities\nCurriculum design: Review the existing Practical Ethical Hacker training and propose an updated curriculum. \nContent development: Create training content and labs for the agreed upon curriculum design. \nCertification development: Draft and develop updated certification exams for PJPT and PNPT. \nRequirements\n Requirements\nAbility to work 20-40 hours per week (preferred). \nComfort with remote work and collaboration. \nAbility to attend weekly meetings during US business hours. \n3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation. \n1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality-agnostic) (preferred). \nDemonstrated expertise in:\nActive Directory exploitation \nAdvanced web exploitation \nPrivilege escalation & post-exploitation \nAdversary simulation frameworks \nOSINT & social engineering \nTradecraft mapping \nCertifications (optional) :\nPNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester) \nOSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester) \nGXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester) \nOther relevant red team or penetration testing certifications \nRequired skills:\nStrong ability to translate advanced red team techniques into clear, engaging educational content. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. \nPassion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession. \nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. \nComfortable collaborating with product management, marketing, and other content creators. \nWhy TCM Security + Educate 360?\nWe believe that great ideas emerge when people collaborate in an environment where thoughts and perspectives can be freely shared.
