Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in the Netherlands.

About the role

• Manage our UGC campaign in the Netherlands
• Find and recruit UGC creators
• Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign

What you’ll do

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
• Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.

You’re a great fit if

• You are a native Dutch speaker with good English skills
• You’re organized and communicate well
• You get things done and are a fast learner
• Experience matters less than execution
