跟进项目日常执行进度，定期同步节点完成情况，及时上报发现的项目问题与潜在风险，配合执行风险应对方案，跟进问题解决进度。\n4. 协助完成研发、产品、市场、销售、法务、财务、HR等跨部门的日常沟通对接与信息同步，维护项目文档、流程规范与共享知识库，确保项目资料完整可追溯。\n5. 负责项目运营、研发效能相关的基础数据统计、整理与定期更新，协助完成数据汇总与基础分析，支撑团队流程优化与效率提升工作。\n6. 承担团队日常运营支持工作，包括下午茶统筹、团建活动策划组织、团队日常福利落地等事务，维护团队协作氛围。\n7. 部门领导安排的其他工作相关事宜。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、项目管理或相关专业优先，1-3 年项目助理、项目管理或相关工作经验，有 ToB 行业、对接产研团队相关经验者优先。\n2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力，可顺畅完成跨部门基础信息同步与事项对接，保障信息传递准确。\n3. 工作踏实负责，具备较强的执行力，能够按时保质完成分配的各项工作任务。\n4. 做事细致严谨，具备基础的风险识别意识，能够及时反馈项目执行中的异常情况。\n5. 熟练使用 Office、Tapd 等常用办公软件，具备基础的数据统计与整理能力，可独立完成常规数据汇总工作。\n6. 了解项目管理基础流程与方法，持有 PMP
