communication channels.\n· Address and resolve tickets raised by clients for technical issues to ensure seamless operations.\n· Assist in designing and implementing effective software solutions.\n· Track user tickets and ensure timely resolutions.\n· Coordinate with the development team for any new feature requirements.\n\nRequirements:\n\n· 1–2 years of EdTech preferably school ERP/CRM\n· Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory)\n· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).\n· Strong analytical and
