closely with the Education Partnerships Manager to ensure timely and helpful responses to programme enquiries.\n\nEduBytes Short CoursesSupport Catalyst engagement through timely course reminders, progress updates, encouragement, and follow-up communication.\n\nAssist with participant registrations and survey completion.\n\nProvide troubleshooting support to Catalysts and escalate technical issues when required.\n\nSupport task review and provide constructive feedback to participants.\n\nLead the EduBytes certification process and maintain accurate completion records.\n\nEnsure certificates are prepared and issued promptly to eligible participants.\n\nCoordinate and host weekly EduBytes sessions, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.\n\nMonitor participant engagement and identify opportunities to improve course completion and learning outcomes.\n\nData, Reporting & Programme SupportSupport internal data analysis and reporting across both learning programmes.\n\nTrack key programme indicators, including learner and Catalyst numbers, participation, engagement, and completion rates.\n\nAnalyse programme data to identify where EduSpots is reaching learners effectively and where additional engagement may be required.\n\nContribute relevant programme insights and data to quarterly reports for the Board of Trustees.\n\nMaintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date learner and Catalyst records.\n\nHandle personal information responsibly and comply with applicable data protection and safeguarding requirements.\n\nSupport the team with programme planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nOnline Community & EngagementHelp create an active, inclusive, and welcoming online community for Catalysts and learners.\n\nEncourage meaningful participation, collaboration, and connection across the EduSpots network.\n\nSupport engagement across relevant digital channels, including EduSpots WhatsApp networks.\n\nShare course updates, learning opportunities, programme news, and relevant content across EduSpots’ online channels.\n\nEncourage learners and Catalysts to remain engaged throughout their learning journey.\n\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen digital participation and community connection.\n\nTeam CollaborationParticipate actively in all-staff and team meetings.\n\nShare programme updates, learner insights, challenges, and emerging trends with colleagues.\n\nContribute ideas to programme planning and continuous improvement.\n\nWork collaboratively across teams to support the successful delivery of EduSpots programmes.\n\nAdapt to the evolving needs of this new role and take on other reasonable responsibilities within the scope of the position.\n\nEssential Qualifications, Skills & Experience\nStrong digital confidence with the ability to use online learning platforms and learn new systems quickly.\n\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot routine digital and technical issues and seek appropriate support when required.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly and patiently to non-technical colleagues, learners, Catalysts, and community members.\n\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when managing records, data, learner information, and certification.\n\nConfident using spreadsheets and similar tools to track participation and summarise data.\n\nProficiency in Google Sheets is required.\n\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks across multiple programmes.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and remain productive as part of a remote team.\n\nStrong understanding of and commitment to safeguarding children.\n\nExperience supporting online learning, digital programmes, community engagement, education, or a related field is an advantage.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nWe are looking for someone
