By leveraging data-driven insights, market benchmarking, and analytical expertise, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. Your work will directly contribute to informed compensation decisions that support business performance and employee engagement.\nHow You'll Make an Impact:\nConduct compensation analyses, including job and incumbent evaluations, and provide data-driven recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain job profiles and evaluate external market benchmark data to support compensation decisions.\nParticipate in compensation surveys, including data collection, submission, validation, downloads, and system updates.\nSupport compensation projects and analyses to identify trends, assess business impact, evaluate alternatives, and recommend actionable solutions.\nRespond to inquiries related to compensation programs and processes, including annual compensation review activities.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation data management and process execution.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compensation programs, tools, and operational effectiveness.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nWhat You'll Need (Required):\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or related roles.\n\nWhat Else We Look For (Preferred):\nKnowledge of compensation principles, practices, and global compensation processes.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation data management tools.\nAdvanced English level.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\nExperience working with compensation benchmarking methodologies and market survey data.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nDemonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.\nExperience supporting projects and driving process improvements.\nAbility to assess risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate actions.\nDemonstrated leadership, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement
